We ask that you ensure you follow the strict protocols relating to onboarding clients, who must be self-certified Sophisticated Investors, certified High Net Worth individuals, certified Sophisticated Investors or Investment Professionals.

As a commercial organisation trading foreign exchange, William John Holdings has been advised it has no requirement to be a regulated company. It is raising working capital through this Bond instrument to utilise within its trading strategy to provide market beating returns for your clients.

Qualified Investor Status

The first part of the application process is to ensure your Investor is qualified as a self-certified Sophisticated Investor, a certified High Net Worth individual, a certified Sophisticated Investor or an Investment Professional.

Below are the Qualified Investor Status links for all the William John (HV) Bonds:- Secured Listed Bond, the Sharia Compliant Secured Listed Bond and the Secured Unlisted Bond. Please select the correct link details for your client and follow the on screen instructions. When completing submissions please ensure your email address and the Investor’s email address are the same for all submissions and applications.

URN is located in the IMPORTANT section of the email, just under Investor details.

This is a simple process; copy the correct link below and send it to your Investor. They will be required to follow the link and complete an online Qualified Investor Status confirmation. Upon completion you will receive a copy of their submission which will include a Unique Reference Number (URN), which is required for their Bond Application.
Without a URN, bond applications cannot be processed.

Please notify your Investor upon sending. If they do not receive the email, ensure it hasn’t gone into their spam folder.
